Fuel in Canada is sold in litres, so the fuel ticket will always show the net delivery in litres.
However, most FBOs see enough Americans that if they receive an order in US Gallons, they know to multiply by 3.785 L/USG to make the conversion.

Most airliners have fuel systems calibrated in pounds or kilograms. Most of those take single point fuelling, where the airplane systems automatically direct the fuel to the appropriate tanks, and then shut off the flow once the preset quantity is reached. In these cases, the request will be to fill to 10,000 kg or whatever, and the fueller sets that value on the fuel panel, hooks up their hose, and waits for the magic to make the fuel stop.

So in short, yes, metric or imperial.

All our weights are in Kg.

After refuelling Engineers convert from Li to Kg using the specific gravity - this calculation goes in the Tech Log.

Flair is Litres for fuel uplift, KG or metric Tonnes for fuel on board, and metric Tonnes for aircraft weights, but Knots for IAS, and inches of mercury for QNH.
