ATPL QUESTION...

Post by Flaps_30 »

I'm just trying to wrap my head around something. The aerocourse book states that regardless of which direction you are flying when passing thru either a warm or cold front that the wind will veer and you will have to adjust your heading to the right to maintain your track. I fully agree with the statement if you are flying from the east to the west, but if you are flying from the west to the east and you were to pass thru the same low you would have to adjust your heading to the right but the way I see it the wind will back and not veer. Am I missing something?
