What is up with Air Georgian these days? A friend told me they got rid of all their Caravans and 1900 cargo planes. Are they going to keep doing the Tier 3 stuff for the foreseeable future?

I know a lot of Georgian 1900's have been flying around with the "CargoJet" callsign as of late.

Oh my friend, someday you will learn that is not a bad callsign.

Georgian sold the "Georgian Express" (cargo) side to CargoJet. They began flying as CargoJet machines this past October 1st. The deal included all of the Caravan's, and a few 1900's. All the 1900's that were included are cargo machines. This deal did not effect the Air Georgian/Air Alliance (passenger) side of the company.
From now on "CargoJet XXX" = Cargo, "Georgian XXXX"=Passengers.
