I think NERO Recode is the tool you want. it is one of the apps that comes with NERO8

Try WinAvi...it will convert any video file format to DVD

While we are on the topic....how would I convert a "IMG" or a "ISO" back to a AVI? Thanks

To convert an IMG or ISO image to AVI first Mount the image using Daemon tools then recode the file using flaskmpeg found http://flaskmpeg.sourceforge.net/ there.
