Flight test fees

Post by jetboy1975 »

Just wondering what the going rate is for flight test examiners in your neck of the woods.

I've heard anything from $250 to $350 plus expenses here in Southern Ontario.

Yeah... I think the minimum fee is 200 and it goes up from there depending on where you are vs. the examiner.

Find a guy by the name of David George. I think I paid $250 when I did my CPL ride. He's in the St. Catherines area. Fantastic guy!

Good question. This guy wasn't TC ... so I would presume that that price is a freelance Class One? I would hope they get it all.
