A friend of mine moved home to work for them, he was there for a year and a bit. He said working conditions were pretty good, hanger, equipment and such. The pay however was lacking and he left for a higher paying one. That was a over a year ago.
Cheers!

I have heard that they now have a payscale that is better then Jazz has and they pretty much have a choice who they want to hire due to the number of resumes they are getting. They are a good company to work for and Gander is a nice place to live.

If you are the type take abuse, that's the place to go. If they ever learn that their own people can make them GREAT, treat all of their employees well & stop the big brother attitude of always watching on camera, you may last a few years.
Top management needs to learn how to be human before looking where to shave off $$$.
Nice guys don't come in last, look at any work environment where people are happy & their boss is a real person who cares, they are always more productive and ready to deal with a problem as soon as it happens.
Do yourself a favor, skip this place and take anything you can find, it will never be as bad & as de-meaning as there.

It's the owners responsibility...& their fault.
