LAs Vegas

Post by Mike B »

It's me again folks....

Wifey & I are going to Las Vegas in September. We fly BUF-CLE-LAS on Continental. The CLE-LAS segment is a 737-800, when I selected our seats, i chose 35A/B, we like the back of the plane. When I go to Seatguru, there's no row 35....???

The schedule, if I we're traveling now, is showing a 737-900...Could I be so lucky..??

Gonna dress up fancy like & hope for an upgrade...

I don't know if Continental does this but at Some airlines with multi class layouts the economy class starts at row 12, even if there are only 4 rows of bus. class. That way if there is an airplane change you can keep your seat number without switching classes.

The result being that you could be in row 35 but only the 27th row of the airplane. But yes Continental does have 900's and they go on forever. Thought it was a 57 first time I saw it.

Last time I flew Continental, you could upgrade for about $70 for the whole trip, one way. Not a bad deal on a long flight
