Company Facebook pages

Just wondering if your company maintains a Facebook page and if you find them a useful way for your company to reach people....personally I find them a great way to keep in touch with customers/members. They have started charging for some advertising features but the cost is very minimal for now. Now for the shameless plug!! Please like my pages and I will like yours!!

We use one. As well as Twitter. Great for posting pictures and videos. Especially the soakings after a first solo. Fad or not, it's mainstream now, and a major form of communication. I get messages on it all the time instead of emails or phone calls.

Facebook has over 1 billion users - including 40% of all Americans - and has been operating for almost a decade now. That is not a fad. I would not put Facebook on the same level as "The Macarena".
