Stuff gets real right around 2 minutes in. Lots of 'F' bombs before and afterwards.

I kind of feel bad for the guy but that's why you should not drink at the airport.

Good thing that other guy who had to step in to help was there. The pilot probably regrets saying, "I'm standing right here."

Why taunt him?

Oh I understand he is the architect of his own situation. If you think the pilot was innocent, I'm afraid I can't agree. Hey he tried his luck taunting the guy, there's one potential result.

Was the customer wrong? absolutely, he's still lucky it was a minor slapping instead of lost teeth.

I guess you and the pilot grew up in a nicer area. In my high school there might have been less talk before the fighting.

Welcome to the no fly list. The guy is potentially in more trouble than the other jerk who will probably get an award for calling him out.

I agree, why taunt him? Make the situation worse than it already is.
Although, I think he might have reacted in a 'similar' way once he sees his flight pushing back without him. But at least no one would've directly pushed him to that state.

In what airport does it take 4 almost 5 minutes for the cops to show up? Also, those dudes who stepped in were pretty big!

Very sad to see what passes for a professional pilot these days.

Do you honestly think he got stuck in the left seat of a third tier RJ at his age because of his professionalism? The universe has its own ranking system sometimes and he has been placed accordingly.
